A luxury villa, La Casa in Collina is located in Montelparo, nestled amongst the gentle hills and tiny towns of Le Marche. It is the ideal place for spending a relaxing holiday, offering informal luxury, exclusive tranquillity, and classic elegance. With mesmerizing views and the surrounding countryside, this delightful property is a wonderfully eclectic blend of traditional architecture and the most contemporary amenities and facilities.
We can sleep up to 14 adults, plus children.

Originally an 18th Century farmhouse, La Casa in Collina is located in an ideal position. A mere 30 minutes by car from the beaches of the Adriatic (Riviera delle Palme) and the majestic natural landscape of the Mount Sibillini National Park, and an hour from its ski slopes. Ancona airport is located within an hours drive of the villa. Pescara airport is only slightly further at an hour and a half.

OUR ROOMS
La Casa in Collina consists of seven bedrooms with luxury ensuite bathrooms.
The main house includes: -
One deluxe king, two double and two twin rooms.
The annex includes:-
One deluxe king suite, including a living room with sofa bed and private terrace.
One double room accessed via a separate external staircase.
Relax in our 400 thread count, Arctic goose down beds, whilst admiring the spectacular views of the surrounding villages.
All rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.
OUR SERVICES
Concierge
Wine tasting, beach days, bike tours and more, we can assist you in arranging your dream holiday. Our house manager is available for any day-to-day enquiries or concerns.
Free Wifi
Free WiFi is available throughout the house, and guests can enjoy use of our library featuring a collections of books.
Gym
We believe holidays are for relaxing but if you do want to let off some steam or work off some of the delicious Italian food, we offer a small gym area yoga mats and free weights.
Housekeeping
On arrival, La Casa in Collina will be fully serviced for all your needs. A mid week changeover of towels and light clean is included in the price. Housekeeping services can be increased for an additional charge.
Pool
Relax by our 40ft mosaic infinity pool, whilst admiring the snow topped peaks of the Sibillini Mountains. This is sure to take your breath away.
Pool towels are provided.
Chef Services

Our villa includes a state of the art professional kitchen as well as a newly installed outdoor kitchen which we encourage our guests to use. Should you wish, for an additional charge, chef services can often be arranged .

Porto San Giorgio beach is within a 30 minute drive of the villa, and includes an array of beach clubs and restaurants. Here you can enjoy a fresh fish lunch, and Coba Beach club even host a seafood Sunday brunch.
